Or, you can use Dec as the first coat, followed by Dec Topcoat for a fuller finish.

Where many deck coatings easily peel and scratch, exposing wood to the elements, Dec enhances wood tissue with lasting protection from rain and UV exposure – and is ideal for ground level or low-lying decks. It can be applied to wet wood with a moisture content of up to 21%.
